Four fixtures in the recently launched COLORado™ Tour range are now in stock: COLORado™ 1 Tour, COLORado™ 2 Tour, COLORado™ 3P Tour and COLORado™ Batten 72 Tour.
The range, unveiled at LDI 2009, builds on the COLORado™ series’ high performance ratings while emphasizing ease of installation and improved features. All Tour lights have PowerCon™ connectors for power in and out as well as direct DMX connectors for easy installation and tear down. The Tour range also features smoother dimming curves that better match conventional lighting.
COLORado™ 1 Tour and COLORado™ 2 Tour
The incorporation of white LEDs in both fixtures allows for more precise color temperature control. The COLORado™ 1 Tour features 42 1W RGBW. Output is a bright 3,920 lux @ 2 meters. The COLORado™ 2 Tour features 48 2W to 3W RGBW LEDs. Output is 16,000 lux @ 2 meters. Color temperature presets range from 3,200 K to 10,000 K. Vector Speed provides improved, smoother color changes. Additional features include an LED display with password protection and a gel frame holder. The luminaires come with 15° lenses or optional 30° lenses that mirror the performances of a medium-flood and wide-flood PAR lamp, respectively.
The COLORado™ 3P Tour is a versatile wash bank fitted with 72 RGBW 1W LEDs contained in three pods, each of which can be controlled independently. Each pod holds 24 1W LEDs arranged in circles. Thanks to multiple interlock points, several units can be attached to create a seamless strip, a bank for use as a blinder light, or even as an entire wall of light.
The COLORado™ Batten 72 Tour is a 39-inch long linear wash fixture that includes 72 1W RGBWA LEDs, which are split into three blocks. Its narrow 3-inch width allows it to squeeze into tight places for use as backlighting or downlighting.
All of these COLORado™ Tour fixtures are linkable. An auto-ranging feature allows the fixture to adapt to the voltage provided, ranging from 100V to 240V. Ready-made for the touring circuit, these sturdy fixtures also feel right at home in permanent installs, require little maintenance and provide outstanding performance.
