
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - The New York Jets launched their newly designed women’s line during a special event featuring 15 CHAUVET® fixtures.
Hosted by Suzanne Johnson, wife of New York Jets’ owner Woody Johnson, the “NFL Lounge for Her” event took place in a 40-by-
70-foot tent located inside Metlife Stadium prior to the New York Jets vs. New England Patriots game. Jason Hadjoglou, owner of Ages Events, created a lighting design to enhance the excitement of the launch and create the ultimate fan experience.
Two SlimPAR™ Pro RGBA wash lights lit the press backdrop where fans posed for photos and celebrity interviews took place. Additionally, four more were strategically mounted to the top, inside perimeter of the tent to wash the tulle-lined ceiling and walls with a saturated, green hue. Six SlimPAR™ 64 wash lights lit the dressing rooms, highlighted product tables and created a soft glow underneath skirted pedestals. To maximize branding opportunities, two Q-Spot™ 260-LED moving heads projected the team’s logo. Hadjoglou used ShowXpress™ to easily program and control all of the fixtures from his MacBook.
“I choose fixtures that are reliable, user-friendly, energy efficient and reasonably priced,” Hadjoglou said. “We installed SlimPAR™ Pro RGBA fixtures around the press backdrop because we knew it was the prime location for photos and video. Their flicker-free LEDs and correct color temperature made them ideal for high-definition TV recordings and projection on the stadium’s big screen throughout the game.”
