About CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards Program
You earn points for your CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards account when you: Only US residents 18 years of age and older are eligible to earn CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards points. *To complete your warranty registration and receive your CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards points, you must mail in a printed copy of your sales receipt, along with the UPC barcode cut from the box of your item(s), and you have to register your product(s). Contact our CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards program team with any comments or questions at *Once you redeem your points for a qualifying product and the product has shipped, the product is yours. This action renders the points redeemed and these redeemed points will not be reinstated. Redeemed products will be serviced under the applicable terms of their respective warranty which begins on products' shipment date. Where you live in the United States will determine if you are responsible for any applicable taxes based on applicable federal, state, or local laws. To be a CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards member you must be a United States of America resident and 18 years or older. The CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards points represent no cash value. CHAUVET® reserves the right to change, alter, and/or discontinue the program at any time. Employees, dealers, manufacturer's representatives, distributors, re-sellers of Chauvet & Sons Inc. and their family members are not eligible to participate in the CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards program. This program is only valid for select CHAUVET® DJ products bought and sold in the United States of America. Points are only redeemable for select CHAUVET® DJ products shipped solely in the United States of America. Points expire 5 years from the date of issue. Points are given to select CHAUVET® DJ products that were purchased after August, 13, 2012. It is the sole responsibility of the CHAUVET® DJ VIP Rewards program member to check the accuracy of the quantity of their points and ensuring that only eligible products are submitted. Not all products purchased qualify for reward points. See specific product pages on our site for qualifying points. Bonus points may be available from time to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions. |
